Have yet to receive it

It's going to be a week now since I have bought the product. I checked the delivery status of the product and when it arrived in Colorado, it then went to New york? While I live in California. And it arrived in Colorado after customs. So I am just confused and worried if I'm ever going to receive it, or when if I do. For now it's a 1 star, but im hoping when everything is fixed and I do get the product to then put it in use that I can come back and give it a much better rating.
